The time you have reserved belongs entirely to you. We would like to share a few considerations to ensure nothing disturbs the experience ahead.
Your arrival
We recommend arriving thirty minutes before your treatment. Not as a formality, but because transition deserves its own time. A warm shower awaits you, along with thermal facilities to discover and a different rhythm to ease into before your experience begins.
Your health
If you have any health condition or are taking medication, please let us know at the time of booking. This allows us to tailor your experience to your needs, with the care and attention you deserve.
During your treatment
Your comfort guides every gesture. If there is an area of the body that requires special attention, or a technique you would prefer to avoid, please share this with your therapist. This is a space for dialogue, not protocol.
Silence as a privilege
THE RETREAT exists beyond the reach of the outside world. We kindly ask that your phone remains in your locker, or on silent mode. Wi-Fi is not available. This is a deliberate choice, not a limitation.
Punctuality
Your time is precious, as is that of our other guests. In the event of a delay, your treatment will end at the scheduled time, so that every experience may receive the attention it deserves.
Cancellations
Should you need to amend your reservation, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations cancelled with shorter notice will be charged in full.
Access
The spa and all treatments are available to guests aged 16 and over.
